If VS allows it without complaining then so should Tfs. All Ive done is create sub-directories to keep related projects together. The setup project is a couple of directories up from the base directory, so I'll try moving that back. So I'll try moving all the other subdirectories one level down and add them virtually to the "Support Applications" solution folder and see if they work.
